Q.: May I e-mail an application to the Office?
A.: No. The Office does not accept applications by e-mail. All applications should be mailed by regular postal service.
Q.: If I have faxed an application to the Office, do I also need to send it by mail.
Q.: If I have the endorsement of my local bishop, do I need to have the endorsement of the appropriate bishops' conference official?
A.: Bishops' conferences have been established in most countries of central and eastern Europe. Applications originating from those countries must bear the signature of the appropriate bishops' conference official. For applications from countries without a bishops' conference, please obtain the endorsement of the apostolic nuncio.
