USCCB's Youth Publications
In 1976 the statement,
A Vision of Youth Ministry, was published by the bishops. In June 1997, the bishops approved this new statement titled "Renewing The Vision: A Framework for Catholic Youth Ministry." This document builds on the opportunities and challenges of these past two decades and calls for youth ministry to be a top concern in our parish communities. Many youth ministers, dioceses, professional organizations and other leaders in the youth ministry field have contributed to the development of this new statement.
