Archbishop Timothy P. Broglio, Bishop Joe S. Vásquez, and Mr. Sean Callahan write to Secretary of State Pompeo to urge him to continue funding poverty-reducing development and humanitarian assistance at Congressionally appropriated levels to the people of Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador from Fiscal Years 2017 and 2018.
