Meeting of the Shoulder to Shoulder Steering Committee

The Steering Committee of the Shoulder to Shoulder Campaign held their quarterly meeting via teleconference on September 16, 2019. Staff discussed programmatic updates, including several upcoming Faith over Fear trainings in: Omaha, NE on November 2nd and 3rd; Louisville, KY on November 10th and 11th; Willmar, MN on November 15th and 16th; Charleston, WV on December 2nd; and Hickory, NC on February 18th and 19th. Committee members shared updates form their communities including projects devoted to migration and refugees and allyship with the Muslim community. The next meeting will be in-person in Washington, DC on January 30, 2020.
