On February 27, 2019, Archbishop Timothy P. Broglio and Mr. Sean Callahan, President of Catholic Relief Services wrote to Secretary of State Pompeo urging that he take full advantage of the opportunities for peace that exist in the newly signed Political Agreement for Peace and Reconciliaiton in the Central African Republic.
