U.S. Bishops’ Pro-Life Chairman Reacts to House Rejection of Born-Alive Abortion Survivor Protection Act
Earlier today, the U.S. House of Representatives failed to advance the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act. A procedural vote to amend another piece of legislation (H.R. 2339, Reversing the Youth Tobacco Epidemic Act of 2019) to include the Born Alive Abortion Survivors’ Protection Act failed by a vote of 187 to 220.
