Building On Our Commitment to Accountability

The Motu Proprio and Dallas Charter have ignited positive progress in the Church’s resolve to eradicate clergy sexual abuse. In June 2019, the American bishops passed new reforms specially designed to address our nation’s response to the ongoing effort to eradicate clergy sexual abuse.
