Most Rev. Timothy P. Broglio - Letter to Brother Bishops 2 October 2024

On October 2, 2024, Most Rev. Timothy P. Broglio wrote a letter to his brother bishops of the USCCB marking the first anniversary of the October 7th attack on Israel by Hamas.  Archbishop Broglio asks his brother bishops to join the Holy Father and the Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem, Cardinal Pierbattista Pizzaballa, in fervent prayer for an end to violence in the Holy Land, safe and prompt return of all hostages, and for the conversion of hearts to open a pathway toward peace.
