Important Information for Rome-Bound Pilgrims for the Jubilee of Teenagers

UPDATE: for any person wishing to participate in the Jubilee of Teenagers in Rome from April 25 to 27, 2025, here are the instructions listed through the Vatican website; please note there is a separate path for those wishing to ONLY attend the Canonization of Carlo Acutis on April 27. Scroll down for those specific instructions. 

REGISTRATION CLOSES JANUARY 31, 2025

To participate in the event, please complete this Excel form and send it to the email address, @email by January 31, 2025. This form applies to any size group (and there can be a "group of one" for individuals registering). 

Guide to Filling Out the Excel Form

Download and open the Excel file. The data already in the file is for illustrative purposes only. Be sure to delete all sample data before entering your own group information. 

Then fill in the following information:

1.  Group Name
Go to cell A1 and replace the text "Group Name" with the name of your own group.

2. Group Leader
Enter the details of the group leader and deputy group leaders in the lines indicated:

• The information required for each leader is as follows:
  • Row 3:  Group leader
  • Row 4: Deputy group leader
  • Line 5: (Optional) Add an additional deputy group leader if applicable.
  • Name and Surname: First and last name of the leader.
  • Country: Country of origin.
  • Diocese: Diocese of origin
  • Passport or ID card: Passport or ID card number.
  • Email and Phone: Email and phone number of the leader.
  • Adult: Enter an “X” to indicate an adult; leave blank if a minor.
  • Packages (A, B, C): Specifies the chosen package (A, B, etc.).
  • Disability: Use the columns for wheelchair, hearing impaired, visually impaired, severe diabetes, dialysis, and other to indicate any special needs. Place an “X” in the appropriate column or specify in Other.

3.  Group Participants’ Data

• Starting from row 8 (green table), enter the details of each participant in the group. The information required for participants is as follows:
  • Name and Surname: First and last name of the participant.
  • Country: Country of origin.
  • Diocese: Diocese of origin.
  • Adult: Enter an “X” if the participant is an adult; leave blank if the participant is a minor.
  • Packages (A, B, C): specify the chosen package (A, B, etc.).
  • Disability: Use the spaces for wheelchair, hearing impaired, visually impaired, severe diabetes, dialysis or other to indicate any special needs. Place an “X” in the appropriate column or specify medical condition in Other.

FOR MINORS

You will need to fill out the following form for any minors attending this Jubilee: ENG Scheda Giubileo degli adolescenti. 

PILGRIM PACKAGES

There are five different ways to register, with different packages, which differ in length of stay and what is included, according to the different needs of the pilgrim groups. All packages include the pilgrim's kit and personal accident insurance. The value of the corresponding fee is fixed in euros. Registration closes on January 31, 2025. 

The total due must reach the account of the Dicastery for Evangelization by March 15, 2025, paid by bank transfer, made out to “Giubileo 2025”.  Reference: “Adolescents, Group Name”, addressed to the current account:

CANONIZATION OF CARLO ACUTIS

Those who are already registered for the Jubilee of Teenagers should not register for this event, since registration for this Jubilee in itself includes participation in the Eucharist.
