Proceedings and Conclusions of the V National Encuentro of Hispanic/Latino Ministry | 167 Appendix A Anchoring Institutions were the linchpin on which the success of the whole V Encuentro pro- cess revolved. ERAVE and EDAVE also played an important role in developing and conducting the consulta- tion process at the V Encuentro National Event. This included selecting table group facilitators and note-takers for all of the breakout sessions and facilitating their training, with tools pro- vided by the National Team. Although it is not possible to mention here all who contributed in those aspects, it is worthwhile to mention the Lead Bishops, Chairs, and Anchoring Institutions, without whose leadership the V Encuentro would not have been possible. In some regions, the lead agents have changed since the process started in 2016, so the names provided here are those who held the corresponding responsibility at the time of the V Encuentro National Event.
