Reporting Information for Current CCHD Grantees

In doing our part in sustaining the Earth, all grant report forms must be uploaded through your online account. Once you have logged in, click on the "Requirements" tab and follow the instructions to upload documents from your desktop.

Interim Reports

If you are eligible for another year of CCHD funding, you will receive an e-mail with access to the interim report and online application the week of November 22. The deadline for submission of the online interim report and application for an additional year of funding is December 1 (11:59 P.M. Eastern Time).

If you are not eligible for another year of funding, the Interim Report Form is due February 15.

Final Reports
