There is still time to register to join us for the 2013 Catholic Social Ministry Gathering.  The cost to attend the entire Gathering will be $420, and it is also possible to register for individual days of the Gathering.  On-line registration will close on February 6, but on-site registration will be possible at the hotel during CSMG 2013.

The Gathering will be held at the Washington Marriott Wardman Park.  Our discounted conference hotel room rate is no longer available, but a limited number of rooms may be available at regular rates.  To inquire about availability of rooms, please contact the Marriott Wardman Park directly (202) 328-2000.

Meeting Registration Confirmations:
Once a registration request has been received, a confirmation email will be sent to the registrant within 3 – 5 business days. If you have not received a confirmation email after 3-5 business days, please contact CSMG Reservations at usccb@meetingsites.net or 866-381-5174.

Hotel Reservations:
Participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations by contacting the Washington Marriott Wardman Park.  Our discounted conference hotel room rate is no longer available, but a limited number of rooms may be available at regular rates.  To inquire about availability of rooms, please contact the Marriott Wardman Park directly (202) 328-2000.

Meeting Refund Policy:
Registration fees will be refunded minus a $100.00 processing fee after the Gathering.

Hotel Cancellation Policy :
If it becomes necessary to cancel your hotel reservation, please contact the Marriott Wardman Park directly (202) 328-2000.

Photo/Video/Audio Recording:
No photographic, video and/or audio recording of CSMG-related presentations, liturgies, or other functions is permitted without prior permission from the Program Coordinator.  Members of the press or media should see the Press/Media Accreditation page available through the official web page for the Gathering.  CSMG 2013 staff or contractors may record plenary sessions, workshops, liturgies, or other CSMG functions in part or in full to make them available after the meeting for official purposes. By your attendance at the Catholic Social Ministry Gathering, you hereby agree that you may be photographed, videotaped, or recorded and that such photography, videotape, and/or recording will be owned by USCCB and may be edited or modified and distributed by the USCCB in any format chosen by the USCCB.
