The meeting will be held at the Washington Marriott Wardman Park, a new location.  Book your hotel reservation here or call 1-800-228-9290 and use the discounted group code-CCBCCBA before January 19, 2012 to receive the discounted room rate.

Meeting Registration Confirmations
Once a registration request has been received, a confirmation email will be sent to the registrant within 3 – 5 business days. If you have not received a confirmation email after 3-5 business days, please contact CSMG Reservations at csmgreservations@gmail.com or 240-602-6280.

Hotel Reservations
Participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations by going online to Washington Marriott Wardman Park or contacting Marriott reservations at 1-800-228-9290 using the discounted group code (CCBCCBA). A deposit of one night's room and stay ($209 + tax), is required at the time of registration.

Meeting Refund Policy
Registration fees will be refunded minus a $100.00 processing fee after the Gathering.

Photography/ Audio/Video
Some plenary sessions and workshops may be recorded and made available for purchase/ordering at a later date. Please be aware that you may be photographed, videotaped, and/or recorded during the meeting. By your attendance at the Catholic Social Ministry Gathering, you hereby agree that you may be photographed, videotaped, or recorded and such photography, videotape, and/or recording may be edited or modified and distributed by USCCB in any format chosen by USCCB.
