The youngest dialogue with the Jewish community, this group met for the first time in December 2019. The dialogue provides a unique forum for Catholics and Modern Orthodox Jews to discuss issues of a religious or theological nature. They are currently planning a long-term project examining the intersections of Tradition and modernity through various lenses.
The dialogue meets twice a year under Rabbi Irving "Yitz" Greenberg and Most Rev. Edward B. Scharfenberger, Bishop of Albany. Rebecca Cohen currently staffs this dialogue for the SEIA.
