Pressing Forward
God's people of the Church universal must press ahead, becoming the voice of justice and prophets of reform. This is the mission0f the Church. We cannot be universal without embracing all as our brothers and sisters. "The prophetic voice of the Church -- which is to be heard in every generation and even to the ends of the world must not be muted-- especially not by the counter witness of some of its own people." There must be no turning back along the road of justice, no sighing of bygone times of privilege, no nostalgia for simple solutions from another age.
